Our Experience
Judith Jones, Owner and CEO, has over 20 years of
customer service and logistics call center experience. She gained
some of her experience with U-Haul International in the Emergency
Road Service department. Her duties consisted of manning a 24 hour
hotline emergency dispatching service to customers all over the
world.
As a U-Haul Operator, she brought comfort to
many customers by dispatching service to them as soon as their call
was placed. Later on, she was promoted to Field Dispatch Manager and
dispatched drivers to emergency calls throughout Arizona and parts
of California. Eventually, Judith moved on from U-Haul by
accepting the position of Customer Service Manager in charge of
Dispatch Operations for Roto Rooter.
Now leading Fast Answering Service, her passion
today is for making sure calls are handled well and is expressed most clearly by her
saying...
"We will respond before
the ink is dry."
