Our History

Fast Answering is an Ohio-based business that started in 1978 in a home near the Ohio State University.

Fast Answering began as a pony-express type service where urgent messages took a little longer to be delivered to the person on the receiving end. However, as technology improved, so did our business. 

Today, we have perfected our service with the touch of a single keystroke and are able to deliver messages directly and swiftly over the internet. Every call is answered promptly and personalized to your business or profession, using your company or professional name, as if we were part of your staff. Our message security prevents any unauthorized access to all messages taken by our staff. We continue to provide top-notch answering and messaging services to companies in Ohio, as well as Phoenix, Arizona.




 

 

Our Experience

Judith Jones, Owner and CEO, has over 20 years of customer service and logistics call center experience. She gained some of her experience with U-Haul International in the Emergency Road Service department. Her duties consisted of manning a 24 hour hotline emergency dispatching service to customers all over the world. 

As a U-Haul Operator, she brought comfort to many customers by dispatching service to them as soon as their call was placed. Later on, she was promoted to Field Dispatch Manager and dispatched drivers to emergency calls throughout Arizona and parts of California.  Eventually, Judith moved on from U-Haul by accepting the position of Customer Service Manager in charge of Dispatch Operations for Roto Rooter. 

Now leading Fast Answering Service, her passion today is for making sure calls are handled well and is expressed most clearly by her saying...
